What we collect
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, organisation, email, phone and message, and the page you sent it from.
- Applications: the details and CV you send through the careers page.
- Analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used. It does not identify you by name.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide quotes and support, consider job applications, and improve the website. Enquiries are stored on Cinthamani's own server and delivered to our team through Telegram or WhatsApp so we can respond quickly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. CVs are kept for six months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and communications, and where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie settings, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to sales@cinthamani.com.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version here.
